All exchange items go through a detailed inspection by our team to ensure hygiene and quality. Based on this evaluation, your exchange request may be approved or declined.<\/p>

We reserve the right to decline an exchange if:<\/p>

      In all other situations, the customer will bear the shipping cost for exchanges.<\/p>

      Once we receive the returned item, exchanges are processed within 7\u201310 business days<\/span>.<\/p>

      Received a Damaged or Defective Item?<\/span><\/h3>

      Exchange Limitations<\/span><\/h3>

      • Each item can only be exchanged once<\/span> for size.<\/p><\/li>

        Store Credit Details<\/span><\/h3>

        • Store credit will be given if the desired exchange size is unavailable.<\/p><\/li>

        • Valid for 6 months<\/span> from the date of issue.<\/p><\/li>
